AATCC Research Committee RA88, Home Laundering Technology, developed Monograph 6, Standardization of Home Laundry Test Conditions in 1984 to establish a consistent set of test conditions for all test methods involving home laundering. As home laundering technology changes, new tables in this monograph reflect the changes. The most recent revision of the monograph is dated July 31, 2013.
